bob亚博采用百度引擎5(Baidu 5)While COVID-19 continues to impact the TV industry in big ways, talk show hosts try to keep giving us things to laugh about (including a brief comeback from Rosie O Donnell to help her fellow entertainers), Netflix gives us a new way to be socially less distant, and more in the week s top TV news.TOP STORYNetflix Party Makes It Possible to Have a Group Bingewatch (and Not Just a Virtual One)(Photo by Chris Haston/NBCU Photo Bank/NBCUniversal via Getty Images via Getty Images)Binge-watching episodes of The Office for the 37th time just got more fun. Thanks to a new Google Chrome extension called Netflix Party (available here), you can have movie nights and group TV viewing parties of your favorite Netflix programming. And not only does the extension allow you to watch programming at the same time on your computers, but Netflix Party also features a chat room, so you can quote Michael Scott’s wackiest words to each other, or debate whether or not “Scott’s Tots” is the worst Office episode of all time. We kid. There’s no debate. It is absolutely the worst Office episode of all time.Hopefully you stashed away plenty of snack fare, because COVID-19 social distancing just got the tiniest bit more bearable.Update: Netflix also announced that the company has created a 0 million emergency support fund for entertainment industry workers. Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos said in a statement:The Covid-19 crisis is devastating for many industries, including the creative community. Almost all television and film production has now ceased globally leaving hundreds of thousands of crew and cast without jobs. These include electricians, carpenters, drivers, hair and makeup artists and more, many of whom are paid hourly wages and work on a project-to-project basis. This community has supported Netflix through the good times, and we want to help them through these hard times, especially while governments are still figuring out what economic support they will provide. So we’ve created a 0 million fund to help with hardship in the creative community. Most of the fund will go towards support for the hardest hit workers on our own productions around the world. We’re in the process of working out exactly what this means, production by production. This is in addition to the two weeks pay we’ve already committed to the crew and cast on productions we were forced to suspend last week.Beyond helping workers on our own productions, we also want to support the broader film and television industry. So million of the fund will go to third parties and non-profits providing emergency relief to out-of-work crew and cast in the countries where we have a large production base.Netflix will provide million each to the SAG-AFTRA Covid-19 Disaster Fund, the Motion Picture and Television Fund, and the Actors Fund Emergency Assistance in the U.S., and million between the AFC and Fondation des Artistes. Additional allocations worldwide will be announced next week.Lord of the Rings, The Witcher Among the Latest Coronavirus-Related Production HaltsAmazon Prime s The Lord of the Rings series was shut down March 16, according to a memo acquired by The New Zealand Herald. This is done in an environment where travel restrictions directed at the control of Covid-19 are issued daily by New Zealand and most other countries we are doing this to minimise stress on the resources and infrastructures around us by doing our part to reduce population density in our communities and daily activities, in efforts to help reduce the spread of the virus, the memo read in part.Netflix similarly shut down production on season 2 of The Witcher for two weeks, Deadline reported, noting that crew will continue to be paid during the hiatus. The show is filmed around 40 miles west of London at Arborfield Studios. Meanwhile, another Netflix production, The Crown was so near completion on season 4 that filming continued this week; though the production wrapped early, according to EW.Plus, that Friends reunion special that was going to be a highlight of HBO Max’s debut month in May might have to wait. THR.com reports the show, which will feature Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer getting together for an unscripted celebration of the 10-season sitcom, was scheduled to tape next week, but now could be pushed off for a May tape date, because of coronavirus concerns. HBO Max will be the streaming home for the series when it launches. In other coronavirus-related TV rescheduling news:American Idol suspended production and sent contestants home for now. Taped episodes will continue to air through the middle of April, when live episodes were scheduled to begin. (TV Line)Because of a delay in production on the fourth season of Fargo, starring Chris Rock, FX has postponed the premiere of the season, which was scheduled to debut on April 19.New episodes of Saturday Night Live have been postponed until at least the middle of April. John Krasinski had been scheduled to host the March 28 episode, with musical guest Dua Lipa.ABC has temporarily replaced its daytime talk show Strahan, Sara and Keke with a daily coronavirus update special. Pandemic: What You Need to Know is hosted by Amy Robach, and will include news updates, interviews with experts, and conversations with service workers, corporate CEOs, and others deeply impacted by the pandemic. The Kelly Clarkson–hosted Billboard Music Awards, scheduled to air live from Las Vegas on April 29, have been postponed indefinitely.Netflix has postponed its first-ever, all-star Netflix Is a Joke comedy festival, originally planned for April 27–May 3.WrestleMania 36 will continue as a pay-per-view event, with no audience, and spread across two nights: April 4 and 5.The British Academy has postponed its TV awards, originally scheduled for May 17, and its TV craft awards, originally scheduled for April 26, indefinitely.Several TV series that have shut down production during the pandemic have donated goods to hospitals whose medical supplies are running dangerously low. EW reports The Resident, The Good Doctor, and Station 19 have donated boxes of masks, gloves, and gowns to hospitals in Atlanta, Vancouver, and Los Angeles.TV writers rooms have found a way to keep working – offering hope that new series will launch and that we’ll see new seasons of our favorite shows – thanks to virtual meetings via the Zoom app. (THR)The Kentucky Derby has been postponed for the first time since World War II. Usually run on the first Saturday in May, it is now rescheduled for the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, Sept. 5.With studio production on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert shut down, CBS has moved the production of CBS This Morning to Colbert’s home at the Ed Sullivan Theater in Times Square, as the network has moved operations out of two of its buildings in NYC.MIPTV, the international television market that was originally scheduled for the end of March in Cannes, has created a digital alternative. MIPTV Online+ will launch on March 30 and be available free to those who were registered for the Cannes event. The Dr. Oz Show will be filmed remotely, after a staffer on Dr. Mehmet Oz’s daytime series tested positive for coronavirus. (Page Six)Nervous about conflicting information about the pandemic, Whoopi Goldberg began performing her co-hosting duties on The View from from home this week. Meanwhile, Today host Savannah Guthrie and weatherman Al Roker are also performing their morning show duties from home.Showtime will begin airing just one new episode of its Don Cheadle comedy Black Monday, instead of two, per week, beginning on March 22.Vice TV’s Vice News Tonight series has gone on hiatus for an indefinite time.In the rare piece of good news in TV land this week: ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC saw a three percent increase in viewership for the week ending March 15, when working at home and social distancing became a reality for many viewers. The week’s top shows: NCIS with 10.7 million viewers, 60 Minutes with 10.4, Young Sheldon with 8.8, The Voice with 8.7, and The Bachelor with 8.4.But The New York Times warns that while social distancing has led to an uptick in viewers across network, cable, and streaming services, as the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic grows, viewers could soon be looking to cut the cord and cancel their streaming subscriptions.Talk Shows Keep the Home Fires Burning on DigitalJimmy Fallon is also promising a nightly YouTube version of The Tonight Show: Home Edition, with his wife as camera person, songs and jokes, a spotlight on a different charity each night, and guest appearances by his kids. Jimmy Kimmel is also offering fans episodes of Quarantine Minilogues from his home, The Daily Show host Trevor Noah launched The Daily Social Distancing Show from his home (specifically, his couch), and Stephen Colbert is also dropping bon mots from various locations in his house, including the bathtub.Samantha Bee has launched a daily digital series – Beeing at Home with Samantha Bee! – in which “Sam has relocated to a rustic woodshed to teach everyone how to chop their own wood for warmth while practicing social distancing,” according to TBS. “She gives an answer to the question of how much wood would a late-night host chop? It’s one, one piece of wood.”Conan O’Brien announced he will resume his TBS late-night talk show Conan on March 30, making the show the first late-night show to return to a regular schedule. In a release, O’Brien joked, “The quality of my work will not go down, because technically, that s not possible. The Rosie O’Donnell Show is back … for one night only, and only online. But O’Donnell, whose Emmy-winning talk show ran for six seasons in 1996-2002, has gathered a line-up of A-listers to appear via social distancing-friendly video from their homes. (Photo by ©Neon)After two weeks of voting, the Rotten Tomatoes community has chosen its winners for each category at the 92nd Academy Awards, set to take place this Sunday. The big winner was Bong Joon-ho s genre-hopping Parasite, which tallied enough votes to win Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Editing, and Best International Film. Todd Phillips gritty take on Gotham s most famous villain, Joker, nabbed four wins of its own, with Joaquin Phoenix predictably taking Best Actor, Phillips himself taking the Best Adapted Screenplay category with co-writer Scott Silver, and Hildur Guðnadóttir the only woman nominated in her category winning for Best Original Score. Meanwhile, Sam Mendes World War I film failed to win any of the big five awards, but 1917 still tallied three wins in technical categories, including Best Cinematography for Roger Deakins stunning work, though Mendes also came close to taking Best Director and the film was just over 100 votes away from taking Best Production Design away from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.Download our printable 2020 Oscars BallotAll in all, over 400,000 votes were cast, and only a few of the categories were narrowly contested the award for Best Adapted Screenplay was closely split between four of the nominees. 0.73.3 6月喜迎Critics are certainly showing their appreciation for action flick Nobody, lifting the movie to a Certified Fresh Tomatometer score of 80%. That’s an improvement over Ilya Naishuller’s debut film, Hardcore Henry (52%) from 2015. Nobody also bested that film’s opening (.1 million in 3,015 theaters) with an estimated .7 million in 2,460 theaters with limited capacity. (Tom Jerry opened in 2,475 theaters.) That’s the third-best opening of the year to date behind only the family entries of T J and Raya and the Last Dragon. Is this the first good sign that adults (hopefully of the vaccinated variety) are headed back into theaters? The Little Things opened to .7 million on the last weekend in January , while also available on HBO Max. Last summer’s attempt to reopen with Russell Crowe in Unhinged netted a million wide release (1,823 theaters); the movie then slowly made its way to million. It’s going to be interesting to chart the progression of Nobody as new wide releases enter the marketplace almost every week going forward. The Top Ten And Beyond: Raya Holds On As The Courier Expands(Photo by ©Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures)After three weeks at number 1, Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon dropped to second place, falling 32% to .5 million for a total of .4 million to date. The year’s top grosser fell to third place, as Tom Jerry took in another .5 million for a total of .1 million. That makes it the 11th-highest-grossing film since the beginning of 2020 and the fourth-highest since the pandemic behind only Tenet, The Croods: A New Age, and Wonder Woman 1984; the latter two are still in the top 10 with The Croods sequel still creeping up on Tenet’s total. After four weeks, the long-delayed Chaos Walking has crept over the million mark after opening to .77 million. That’s a feat unattained by fellow wide March releases that opened between .5-4 million: Slither, Missing In Action II: The Beginning, Boat Trip, Unsane, 3 Strikes, Amos Andrew, and Pride. The Benedict Cumberbatch spy thriller, The Courier, added 208 theaters and fell 48% but still grossed another .04 million for a total of .48 million. That makes it the 32nd highest-grossing release in Roadside Attractions’ history, which – all things considered – is not too shabby. Especially when it will take less than just another million for it to join the company’s top 25.These Dates In Box Office History: Milestones for Logan, Rango, Horton Hears A Who!

SURPRISE: Joker Comes out on Top with 11 Nominations(Photo by Niko Tavernise/© 2019 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. All Rights Reserved. TM & © DC Comics)We all knew it was going to be a good morning for Joker, with noms for Best Actor and Best Picture guaranteed, but few thought it was going to be this good. The movie won the day with 11 nominations, more than any other film, including Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Sam Mendes’ 1917, and Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, which each picked up 10. Where Joker really made up its numbers was in earning nods in a number of categories where it was considered an outside chance rather than a lock: Best Production Design, Best Film Editing, Best Costume Design, Best Sound Mixing, Best Sound Editing, and Best Director for Todd Phillips.SNUB: Jennifer Lopez and The Farewell s Shuzhen Zhao Miss Out(Photo by JA, Priscilla Grant/Everett Collection)Be kind to J-Lo fans today, who may require the comforting warmth of a luxury fur coat after the multi-hyphenate was left off the Best Supporting Actress list – maybe the biggest single snub of this year’s Oscar nominations. Lopez was widely favored in the category for her performance as exotic dancer Ramona in Hustlers, with many pegging her as the likely winner come February. She had racked up wins all season and was mounting a killer campaign. The category was generally one of the most surprising, with The Farewell actress Shuzhen Zhao, who won hearts as Nai Nai in Lulu Wang’s The Farewell, also snubbed, and Kathy Bates and Florence Pugh, considered slight dark horses, managing to squeeze in.SURPRISE: Kathy Bates Shakes Up the Supporting Actress Noms(Photo by Claire Folger/©Warner Bros.)J-Lo’s loss is Kathy Bates’ gain. (There’s a sentence we never thought we’d be writing.) But the huge snub of Jennifer Lopez in the Best Supporting Actress race opened up the door for an outside contender, and Kathy Bates – whose performance as the title character’s mom in Richard Jewell has been widely lauded by critics – beat out other hopefuls Annette Bening (The Report), Da’Vine Joy Randolph (Dolemite Is My Name), and the ladies of Parasite to take her place in the field. Interesting side note: Kathy Bates won Best Actress in 1991 and the next year handed Best Actor to Anthony Hopkins – both winning for playing different kinds of psychopaths. Could they both take out Supporting Actor this year, for very different roles?SNUB: Put Your Bets on Adam Sandler? You Just Lost Big.(Photo by A24)With Uncut Gems racing to become A24’s biggest box officer earner ever, and Adam Sandler racking up critics groups awards over the last month, you might have thought he was looking good for his first-ever Oscar nomination. Alas, it was not to be for the Sandman, with The Two Popes Jonathan Pryce taking what was con
The early months of 2020 saw unprecedented changes in the movie industry as Hollywood attempted figure out how best to respond a global crisis. Part of that response was to bring movies to the home market earlier than usual, with at least one film, Trolls World Tour, opting to release on home entertainment media on the same day as its scheduled theatrical debut. For others, it has meant postponing opening weekends, even if no new date has been announced (you can find those films in our TBD section below). With all of that said, there is still a wealth of exciting movies this year, even if we have to wait a little bit longer for some of them. We ve still got a new entry from Pixar in Soul, and Gal Gadot embraces the 80s in Wonder Woman 1984. Plus, we re also getting a slew of new thrillers, horror films, animated treats, action-adventures, and more. The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly turned things upside down this year, but there are still some things we can look forward to, so start marking these titles in your calendar. [Updated on 11/5/20]Jan-Mar | Apr-June | July-Sep | Oct-Dec | TBDBreakdown of 2020 Movie DelaysThe Best Movies of 2019 | The Most Anticipated Movies of 2021JanuaryThe Grudge (2020) 21%Directed by: Nicolas PesceStarring: Andrea Riseborough, Betty Gilpin, John Cho, Demian Bichir, Lin ShayeOpening on: January 3, 2020A remake of the American remake of the Japanese horror favorite, Grudge once again focuses on a vengeful ghost with a long memory. Harrison Ford takes the lead human role, while Buck himself looks to be entirely CGI.The Invisible Man (2020) 91%Directed by: Leigh WhannellStarring: Elisabeth Moss, Aldis Hodge, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Storm ReidOpening on: February 28, 2020After 2017 s The Mummy failed to launch Universal s cinematic universe of classic monsters, they handed the reins of The Invisible Man over to their horror partners at Blumhouse for a modern, updated standalone feature. In the lead up to Avengers: Endgame, we invited fans to take part in a mammoth survey to find out your favorite movies, characters, and moments from the Marvel Cinematic Universe – so far! Hundreds of Rotten Tomatoes fans took part, weighing in on their favorite Avengers, their favorite villains, their most heartbreaking Infinity War deaths, and which post-Endgame movie they re most excited to see. (Because it may be the endgame this week, but the MCU will go on). We dug deep into the data to spot some fun trends, seeing if there were divides along gender lines (ladies love M Baku, who d have thunk it!?) and generations (our Millennial/Non-Millennial split told us a bunch). Check out the results and major findings below, and let us know your own answers in the comments section.Captain America and Iron Man Tie for Favorite Avenger With 53%, While Ladies Love Thor(Photo by @ Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, @ Marvel Studios)In one of our survey’s most unsurprising results, the two Avengers whose relationship underpins the entire MCU came out on top when we asked Who Is Your Favorite Avenger? Some 53% of fans cast votes for Tony Stark and Steve Rogers; Thor came in a close third with 50% of respondents naming him one of their favorites.Cap was the clear overall favorite when it came to younger fans: 64% of Millennials named him one of their favorites (compared with 55% for Iron Man). Female fans were slightly less into Steve, though, with 44% of female respondents saying he was a favorite, compared with 59% of males. For the ladies, it was all about the God of Thunder: Thor got the highest percentage of female votes, with 55% of female respondents designating the Asgardian one of their most beloved heroes.Spidey was surprisingly divisive, both between the sexes and among generations. While 46% of male fans called Peter Parker one of their favorite Avengers, just 29% of female fans did the same. Not surprisingly, the youngest Avenger has some serious Millennial appeal, getting 44% of Millennials to name him a fave, compared with 36% of Non-Millennials.The top nine favorites in our survey were all characters who have had standalone MCU films (Hulk, whose standalone film did not star Mark Ruffalo, came in last amongst those). The bottom eight have not had their own films, although one is on the way for Black Widow (ranked 10th), and Scarlet Witch, Vision, Bucky Barnes, and Falcon will all appear in limited series on Disney+.Here are the full results from the question, Who Is Your Favorite Avenger? (Note, people could vote for multiple characters.)Iron Man 53%Captain America   53%Thor 50%Spider-Man 39%Doctor Strange 30%Black Panther 29%Ant-Man 29%Captain Marvel 25%Hulk 23%Black Widow 18%Hawkeye 13%Scarlet Witch 13%Vision 10%Bucky Barnes 9%Falcon 7%Quicksilver 6%War Machine 6%

Wednesday s portion of the winter Television Critics Association press tour was focused on all channels that are part of the WarnerMedia empire, including HBO, TNT, and truTV. This brought news ranging from a potential Game of Thrones prequel premiere date and portrayals of Stephen King characters in shows like HBO s The Outsider to a release date and trailer for TNT’s Snowpiercer and an overall deal between Steven Soderbergh and HBO and HBO Max.TOP STORYRELEASE DATE NEWS FOR GAME OF THRONES PREQUEL HOUSE OF THE DRAGON (Photo by HBO)HBO s programming chief Casey Bloys didn t offer a formal executive session at the winter TCA, but he did do interviews with select outlets — all of which had obvious questions about the Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon, and whether there would be another season of Watchmen.Bloys told Variety that his best guess is that we ll see Dragon in 2022.As for Watchmen? He defers to creator Damon Lindelof. He’s said publicly, if he’s got an idea, he’s willing to do it, Bloys told the industry news outlet. But nothing has come to him, so I will just wait on him and see what he decides to do. A HOLLY GIBNEY BY ANY OTHER SHOW (Photo by Bob-Mahoney / HBO)HBO miniseries The Outsider is just one of many adaptations of Stephen King novels that s currently, or about to be, on television — many of which, like the author s books, feature the same characters. How does that impact the various writers and actors bringing these stories to the small screen? For his part, Outsider creator Richard Price doesn t get hung up on other portrayals of his depiction of Holly Gibney (played in this story by Cynthia Erivo).“With King’s blessing, I just made the character mine; not the Holly even in the novel The Outsider. I just wanted to do my thing, he told journalists during his show s TCA panel, adding that he s not answering to the version of the character that David E. Kelley created for Audience Network s Mr. Mercedes. Forget everything you know about that Holly, this is my Holly, he said.Erivo, who joined the panel via satellite from Tokyo, added that I feel like the character is really fully realized. I was given a gift in the character and it was written very beautifully for me. MARK RUFFALO ON LIVING TWIN LIVES IN I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE(Photo by Atsushi Nishijima / HBO)In HBO s adaptation of Wally Lamb s novel I Know This Much Is True, Mark Ruffalo stars as both protagonist Dominick Birdsey and his identical twin, Thomas. While they might look similar, the story focuses on the fact that Thomas has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.Filming required the actor to gain 30 pounds to play Thomas — an act that is not as much fun as it sounds, because Ruffalo said it was hard to force-feed himself. But he also had to find differences between the brothers beyond the physical. Dominick is a man who grew up in an Italian household, and Thomas was more feminized, Ruffalo told journalists at TCA of finding the two mens voices.I Know This Much is True is written and directed by Derek Cianfrance and premieres in April.THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA’S ZOE KAZAN TALKS POLITICS AND FAMILY(Photo by Michele K. Short / HBO)On March 16, HBO will premiere The Plot Against America, creator David Simon’s adaptation of the 2004 Philip Roth novel. The story is a revisionist history that examines what would have happened, particularly to Jews in America, if aviator — and noted anti-Semite and anti-communist — Charles Lindbergh had been elected president. It also co-stars Zoe Kazan, whose grandfather, director Elia Kazan, was instrumental in the Hollywood blacklist scandal of the 1950s, naming members of the Communist Party to the House Committee on Un-American Activities, an association which ended the careers of many entertainment industry professionals when studios would no longer hire them.Asked what it means to work on The Plot Against America given her grandfather s history, the actress and writer silenced the room with her reply, saying she has given a lot of thought to her grandfather s adaptation of the John Steinbeck novel East of Eden — specifically how a character in the book investigates the Hebrew word timshel: The question at hand is that God says to Cain, in some translations, You can triumph over sin, and in some translations he says, You will triumph over sin,' Kazan recounted. And Lee, this character in the book, does a kind of deep-dive into the actual word in Hebrew and what he comes up with is Thou mayest. Thou mayest triumph over sin, but it’s in the hands of the next generation — that it’s a choice. I have not wanted to weigh in on my family’s political history, partially because of the other people it involves in my family who have prized their privacy over a public life. So I’m not going to go into it. But I will say that I thought a lot about how the history of our country affected my family’s history, what it meant for my grandfather as an immigrant to this country to have his Americanness tested and the choice that he made from that, she continued. And I thought a lot about my own choices that I’ve made, the way that I choose to live my life. I think thou mayest choose a different life, and I think that the reason that Steinbeck put that in his book about the foundation of the West in this country is that it’s also about Americans choosing to recognize who they have been — Cain did kill his brother — but also recognize that they may choose a different future for themselves. I think it’s meaningful in the book that it comes out of the mouth of an immigrant. So those were the things that were on my mind as I worked on this. It was a profound experience for me working on this, personally, politically, artistically, she said.GREEN LANTERN, GOSSIP GIRL STILL ON TRACK FOR HBO MAX(Photo by Michael Bulbenko for the Paley Center)HBO Max head of original content Sarah Aubrey confirmed to journalists Wednesday that Greg Berlanti’s plans for to air a Green Lantern TV series on the soon-to-launch streaming service are still very much happening. She told journalists that “it’s going to span several decades on focus on two stories about Green Lanterns on Earth. She also said that there will be a space side of the story that goes into the Sinestro story, referencing the villain and former Green Lantern Corps member. She said that the story will travel through various decades.Aubrey also teased that things are looking good for all the Upper East Siders waiting for a Gossip Girl sequel update. We have gotten the first script, and I can tell you we all breathed a big sigh of relief because it s very good, she said of the new series written by Joshua Safran.ABOUT THAT FRIENDS REUNION SPECIAL (Photo by NBC/NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images)Things aren t looking so promising for that Friends reunion special, however.HBO Max chief creative officer Kevin Reilly told journalists at TCA that there is interest all around and, yet, we can’t get the interests all alighted to push the button on it. So, he said, today it s a maybe. AN END FOR INSECURE?Issa Rae s comedy Insecure has won critical and fan support for its honest depiction of a single (black) woman living in Los Angeles. But how much longer can it go on? We talk about where we want the show to go, Rae said while promoting the new season at TCA. I think we have an idea but, yeah, nothing we re sharing yet.”When asked by TCA reporters if she s concerned about being an influencer through her show and whether she has qualms about some of the more risqué portrayals on her series, like marijuana use, Rae reminded the room of a few facts. One, we live in California, it’s legal. Two, we’re on HBO, there’s a TV-MA rating, so if anybody who is not supposed to be watching is watching, then you’re a bad parent, she said to laughter.Season 4 of Insecure premieres April 12.MORE PREMIERE DATESThe press day also included news of other premiere dates. These include the long-awaited TV adaptation of director Bong Joon-ho s Snowpiercer, which premieres May 31 on TNT.Also, HBO s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver is back February 16, and the second season of truTV s Tacoma FD premieres March 26.
